This picture is for Ray Beauregard as partial payment for a small debt. In October 1991 there was a huge, unnamed hurricane-like storm which hit Cape Cod. Ray was on vacation in Provincetown and took some amazing photos, which inspired the above picture.
A framed, matted version of this picture was auctioned for a surprisingly high amount by the Human Rights Campaign. It was quite fun!
